“Echo of Silence” the balance between the natural and the cosmic
In creating “Echo of Silence,” I sought to capture the delicate balance between the natural world and the cosmic, unseen forces that shape our existence. The geometric forms symbolise the structure underlying reality, while the natural elements – the moon, birds, and forest—serve as reminders of the organic and cyclical rhythms of life. The moon, a solitary orb in the centre of the composition, serves as a timeless symbol of duality, representing both illumination and darkness. The geometric patterns and natural elements surrounding the moon suggest a harmonious balance between the seen and the unseen.
I invite the viewer into a contemplative space where a mysterious, ethereal being, adorned with human eyes, watches over a serene lunar landscape. The eyes represent an omnipresent consciousness, quietly observing the interplay of these forces. This being, suspended above a shimmering expanse of water, embodies a transcendental spirit, connected to both the celestial and terrestrial realms.
For me, this surreal artwork is about the stillness that exists beyond the surface of our busy lives – a silence where the echoes of nature and the universe converge. I encourage viewers to look beyond the literal and explore the deeper connections between self, nature, and the cosmos, allowing their own interpretations to emerge from the quiet spaces within the image. Through this black and white artwork, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder and contemplation, inviting the viewer to explore the profound forces that shape our existence.”
